1. I’ve got ants in my kitchen but I don’t want the house sprayed. What do I do?
   If you are willing to be patient and work together as a team, we can implement an IPM program. Basically, this type of program stresses the use of baits, traps, and environmental modification in the management of the pest. Sprays are used minimally, often to control outbreaks. But, it requires cooperation and communication between the customer and the technician as well as time to implement and see results.

2. I found bugs in my pantry. What are they doing in there?
   They could be living in your pantry in things like the flour and rice. Give us a call for an inspection to give a more detailed diagnosis.

3. I hear noises in the attic at night. What is it?
   The noises could be bats, mice, raccoons, or opossums. Many creatures are active at night. The noises could also just be wind or branches. Give us a call for an inspection to give a more detailed diagnosis.

4. I bought mouse traps at a store, but I haven’t been able to catch any mice. What am I doing wrong?
   Trapping success is based on knowledge of the pest and its movements. As professionals we specialize and keep up to date in that knowledge. Give us a call. We will be happy to implement a trapping or baiting program for you

5. Those biting lady bugs always come into my house in the fall. What can I do about it?
   You’re probably talking about the Multicolored Asian Lady Beetles which are common in Indiana. We offer chemical and non-chemical means of containing this pest. Additionally, sealing up all nooks and crannies is very important in dealing with this pest.

6. I don’t want to sign a year’s contract. Will you treat my house?
   Yes, not all pest problems require a year’s contract to solve the problem. It is dependent on the pest and the severity of the problem.

7. Do you offer one-time sprayings?
   Yes, oftentimes a one-time spraying will solve your problem. We will offer you what we believe will resolve your current problem.

8. I hear loud noises in the attic at night. What could it be?
   What you’re hearing could be due to many types of animals.  Mice, rats, squirrels, opossums, and raccoons can be found in attics.  Even mice can be surprisingly loud once they’re in your attic and walls.  The best way to tell what kind of animal is in your house is to do a thorough inspection.   Give us a call to schedule your appointment.
